This statement explains what data this website processes, why and for how long. We keep it deliberately small: no tracking, no analytics, no advertising network.

What data do we process?
When you use the contact form we process: your name, your e-mail address, the subject and the text of your message.
We do not store your IP address. To limit abuse we keep a hashed pseudonymous code that cannot be traced back to you.
No data is sent to third parties and there are no external services, trackers or advertising networks on this site.
Why do we process it?
To answer your question (performance of your request) and to prevent abuse of the form (legitimate interest).
How long do we keep it?
Contact messages are deleted automatically after the retention period configured in the admin panel (365 days by default).
Security and audit records are cleaned up automatically after their configured period.
Cookies
This site uses functional cookies only: a security token for forms, a temporary code for the security question and - for the administrator only - a session cookie.
There are no tracking or marketing cookies, and no cookie banner is needed because there is nothing to choose.
Security
The site runs behind an encrypted connection. Forms are protected against abuse with a local security question, a hidden field and a per-visitor limit. Data is not shared with third parties.
Your rights
You have the right to access, correct and delete your data, and to restrict processing. Send an e-mail to info@3d-evo.nl and we will handle your request.
If you disagree with how we handle your data you can lodge a complaint with the Dutch Data Protection Authority (Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens).
